How to change the Credit Card and Payment Method
If you want to change the credit card you use to pay for your premium account, you need to VIA our processor dashboard (PayPro Global).
Below is a step-by-step guide. If you need help, please feel free to reach out in chat (including your email), and we will assist you.
Step-by-Step guide:
- Please go to this site: https://payproglobal.com/customer-support.
- Click Login under 'customer account'.
- If you never connected to our processor dashboard before - click the link under 'forgot your password'.
- You need to enter your email (the same email you got the invoice) and ask for a password reset link.
- Click the submit and check your email (it can be a few minutes, and check your SPAM folder)
- Follow the email instructions to get a password.
- Login to your PayPro dashboard.
- Click on the 'My Credit Cards' on the left panel.
