If you want to change the credit card you use to pay for your premium account, you need to VIA our processor dashboard (PayPro Global).

Step-by-Step guide:

1. Please go to this site: https://payproglobal.com/customer-support.
2. Click Login under 'customer account'.
3. If you never connected to our processor dashboard before - click the link under 'forgot your password'. 
4. You need to enter your email (the same email you got the invoice) and ask for a password reset link. 
5. Click the submit and check your email (it can be a few minutes, and check your SPAM folder)
6. Follow the email instructions to get a password.
7. Login to your PayPro dashboard. 
8. Click on the 'My Credit Cards' on the left panel.
