How do you see all your invoices in Samurai?
Our processor sends an email automatically after each payment to the email you've entered on the checkout page. You can see all your invoices in our processor dashboard if you want.

Step-by-Step guide: 

  1. Please go to this site:
  2. Click on the 'Don't know your username or password' link below the form, as this is the first time you interact with the BlueSnap dashboard.
  3. You need to enter your username (in BlueSnap) or invoice ID. Invoice ID is more accessible: Your Invoice ID is sent to your email after payment.
  4. Enter the email address you used when you paid (can be different from the one used to login to Samurai)
  5. Click the submit and check your email (it can be a few minutes, and check your SPAM folder)
  6. Follow the email instructions to initiate a username + password.
  7. Login to your Bluesnap dashboard. 
  8. Click on "Charges Reports". 
  9. From there,  change the dates to view all the invoices.
